Committed to the fulfillment of business sustainability and the enforcement of best practice principles for sustainable development

Sustainable development team

Under the governance of the GM office, the administrative office, the management department, and the employee welfare committee, our sustainable development team (formerly known as the corporate social responsibility team, or CSR team in short) is mainly responsible for the proposal and enforcement of corporate sustainable development policies, systems, management guidelines, and action plan, and report to the board of directors regularly (once a year).

In order to enforce the practice of business sustainability, we have devised the "Best Practice Principles for Sustainable Development" and worked in the 3 directions of improving employee welfare, engaging in public welfare, and developing sustainable environment. We reported to the board of directors on the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility on February 20, 2023

Consist of the administrative department, management department, human resource department, and other units, the workgroup of ethical corporate management is mainly responsible for the establishment and supervision of integrity management policies in prevention of dishonest behaviors, including "Ethical Corporate Management and Behavioral Guidelines", "Whistleblowing System" and "Ethical Code of Conduct", etc. The workgroup is subordinate to the Board of Directors.

We have devised the "Best Practice Principles for Ethical Corporate Management" which was approved by the board of directors for the fulfillment of ethical corporate management.

We have devised the "Ethical Corporate Management and Behavioral Guidelines" and "Ethical Code of Conduct" to regulate the prevention and post-processing of dishonest behaviors (including the behaviors listed in Item 2, Article 7 of "Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principles for TWSE/GTSM Listed Companies"). Managers at all levels also attach importance to the advocacy of honest behavior.

We have also devised the "Ethical Corporate Management and Behavioral Guidelines" and "Ethical Code of Conduct" to regulate relatively dishonest behaviors within the business scope, such as accepting bribes and embezzling public funds, etc.

In addition to listing dishonest behavior as one of the reasons for dismissal in the employee code of conduct, we also file a lawsuit against the violators and brought them to justice. Furthermore, we review and update relevant operating procedures regularly and reported to the board of directors on the fulfillment of ethical corporate management on February 20, 2023.
