Regular reporting to the Board of Directors is conducted annually.

Directly subordinated to the Board of Directors, this unit operates under the purview of the Chairman's Office in collaboration with the Administration and Human Resources Departments. It is responsible for developing and supervising the enforcement of policies and preventive measures related to ethical corporate management, with regular reporting to the Board of Directors (once a year).()
